We know registrations and waivers can be a hassle, but they are absolutely necessary for any contact sporting event such as this. Therefore we have gone to great lengths to make the registration process as fast and simple as we possibly could make it and we hope everyone understands why we must enforce this requirement fully. 

Please note the following:

• The team rosters will be provided to the Tournament Officials/Field Marshals.
• If a player doesn’t register and agree to the terms (waiver) - that player is absolutely NOT authorized to play in the Black & Blue Tournament.
• If at the start of a game a team has registered fewer players than can take the field and cannot provide waivers in time, they may be asked to forfeit the game.
• If a player is found to have not registered, even if they are in a game, we will ask them to cease playing immediately, and go to Tournament HQ with a parent/guardian to complete the registration.
• If a parent/guardian is unable to complete the online registration between now and the start of the tournament, they can use a computer at the registration table to complete it. Make sure they give themselves at least 45 minutes prior to their team's first game to complete this.

The following information is required to complete the registration:

• Parent Guardian Name, email, and phone number
• Players Name, Age Bracket, Team Name, Jersey #
• Player's US Lacrosse membership number (must be valid through 7/31/2024)
• The players parent/guardian must accept the online waiver
